Due to the COVID-19, we have the habit of wearing masks when going out. After putting on the mask, I would smell a strange smell in my mouth, it was stinking, and after that, I started looking for ways to keep my breath fresh.
In the beginning, I tried to use chewing gum, tea, etc. to cover up the taste in my mouth, but the effect was not good.
I will never use them anymore, and I do not recommend that you use them.
In fact, compared to those that are simple and only have a temporary effect, the long-term fresh breath is easier to make people like, and it will never be out of date. Then I will share the steps to refresh myself
The first step clean the mouth
Buy a better electric toothbrush and go home to brush your teeth seriously. Gently move the toothbrush up and down. The toothbrush is at a 45-degree angle between the teeth and the gums, and brush gently with an amplitude of 5 mm from the left to the right.
The white surface of the tongue is also the cause of bad breath. After brushing your teeth, using a toothbrush to clean the tongue coating on the tongue surface can perfectly prevent bad breath.
Electric toothbrushes are more effective than ordinary toothbrushes. Its shock is stronger than I thought. Even at the softest level, it is still drooling.
In addition, floss once a day to remove the tartar hidden in the teeth.
In fact, many people have a breath, starting from the gap between the teeth, because the toothbrush is difficult to clean the gap between the teeth, and the food is embedded between the teeth. If it is not removed in time, the food residue will continue to ferment under the action of oral saliva and microorganisms.
This is probably the important reason why many people still have bad breath even after brushing their teeth seriously.
Don’t ignore the tongue coating!
Position your toothbrush at the back of the tongue. Brush lightly forward and backward along your tongue. Spit out saliva that appears during the brushing and rinse out the toothbrush with warm water. Clean your tongue as often as you brush your teeth.
Keep using it, and my breath is much fresher.
Step 2: Freshen your breath
When you are away from home, while applying makeup, spray two or three fresh breath sprays into your mouth to refresh your breath instantly.
One spray can last more than three hours.
Finally, you can enjoy the heavy-tasting food ,and you don’t have to be silent for an afternoon after eating.
The third step conditioning the stomach and fresh breath,
Eat regular meals, chew slowly, and pay attention to the order of meals.
Intake staple foods as needed (consult a dietitian for specific requirements), pay attention to the combination of thickness, and add some brown rice or coarse grains to the staple food, such as buckwheat, oats, black rice, corn grits, millet, etc.
Eat more vegetables, with a variety of types and colors
Eat more fresh vegetables and have vegetables in the meal. The daily vegetable intake is about 500 grams, and dark vegetables should account for more than half; reduce the amount of cooking oil, and use no more than 25 grams of cooking oil throughout the day. Choose vegetable oil as much as possible. Cooking methods such as boiling and braising, avoid frying, frying, and stir-frying.
Choose fruits between meals or before and after exercise
Then there are good habits. Normal sleep and proper exercise will make gastrointestinal digestion more active. Drinking plenty of water is also a good life habit, which can promote digestion and freshen breath.
Also, fresh breath is a slow job. You have to do it slowly. If you don’t completely get rid of bad breath, you must not relax. Follow the above steps every day to make the peculiar smell less and less.
